We are a charitable community run Pre-school, which provides an ideal setting, inside and out, to learn, make friends and importantly have fun. We believe children learn best in a secure, nurturing environment where learning is child lead, with high adult to child ratios and enthusiastic, experienced Early Years Practioners.
Session times
Our younger children are offered morning sessions progressing to full day sessions the year before they go to Primary School. Afternoon sessions are focused on preparing your child for school.
Morning session: 8:50am to 11:50am
Afternoon session: 12:20pm to 3:20pm
All day session: 8:50am to 3:20pm
We believe that allowing children access to good quality Pre-school education enhances their future life chances. It is proven that children who experience Early Years education are more advanced at the end of their Foundation Stage at school.
Please register your interest by completing an application form below.
Our Teddies are children who will start from 2 and half years old until their nursery school year.

Words cannot express enough the gratitude we have towards the staff at Nazeing Preschool. As parents of a child with special needs, we were worried about how our daughter would integrate, if she would like being there, how she would get along with the other children.
All worries disappeared when we met the wonderful staff who made sure that she was accommodated as best as possible.
Being very attentive and patient with her and her needs and doing everything step by step led our daughter to love going to Preschool and thrive.
Now the time has come to move on to the next educational stage.
Thank you for all the support, you are the best😍
Love,
Natalia, mom and dad
All the staff at Nazeing Pre-School are a family away from home. Everyone cared for my son like I would and did their absolute best for him with his additional needs. I loved the frequent updates and photos of what activities were done during the day, I found communication between myself and staff to be straightforward and detailed. My son still asks for staff all during the summer and misses the bonds he built during his time at pre school. Activities were varied and I was impressed at how much time they spent in the garden exploring and having fun, my only regret is not sending my son there earlier!

Nazeing Pre-school is what I would describe as a family, not a day care. Each and every staff member is a cheerful face anytime of day, they made me as a parent feel so at ease in any unexpected situation and in general knowing my child is in their care. They have given 150% towards my child's education and bringing him up to speed with his peers given his learning difficulties. Now my child is thriving, confident, and enjoys learning. I cannot recommend this pre school enough I could write a book about all the good things and I cannot tell you a single fault.

The level of genuine care for each child is second to none. It's very rare to find a place where children and parents feel totally at ease in harmony within an educational facility. Nazeing Pre-school set our boy up for the rest of his life and was a fantastic choice, the only choice for us. Bonds are formed that enrich and nurture little minds to become independent little people prepped for transition into primary school.

As a parent of a child with Special Needs I was extremely anxious and worried when the time came for him to start Pre-school; would his needs be met? Would the staff know how to handle a meltdown? Would he get on with the other children? I needn’t have worried because the team at Nazeing Pre-School welcomed not only him, but the whole family with open arms! Their professional, warm, friendly manner made it easy for him to settle. He was met with nothing but kindness and understanding and over the last few years he has blossomed! It’s time for him to continue on his educational journey and thanks to the Pre-School working with him on his many needs we know that he will take it in his stride and continue to thrive! Thank you for everything , you really are fantastic!
